Aseptic and disposable Bandage belongs to class II medical device management category. It is used for the nursing of superficial wounds such as small wounds, abrasions and cuts.
Non sterile and disposable Bandage belongs to class I medical device management category, which is used for first aid and temporary dressing of superficial wounds such as small wounds, abrasions and cuts.
They are usually made up of adhesive base material, absorbent pad, anti adhesion layer and peelable protective layer. The absorbent pad is generally made of material that can absorb exudate. The components contained have no pharmacological effects. The ingredients can not be absorbed by human body.
