Grade A: there are no holes on the surface of the gloves (PVC gloves with powder). The powder quantity is uniform and there is no obvious powder. The color is transparent and milky white, without obvious ink spots and impurities. The size and physical properties of all parts meet the requirements of customers.
Grade B products: slight stains, 3 small black spots (1 mm ≤ diameter ≤ 2 mm), or a large number of small black spots (diameter ≤ 1 mm) (diameter > 5), deformation, impurities (diameter ≤ 1 mm), yellow color, serious nail marks, cracks, dimensions and physical properties of each part do not meet customer requirements.
Waste products: holes, serious oil stains, serious yellowing, impurities (diameter > 1 mm), no curling or edge breaking, scraping, scratching, tearing, crack, sticking and surplus materials.
Self repairing products: large amount of powder, large curling edge, slight dirt, slight internal adhesion, small black oil powder on fingertips, and physical properties meet customer requirements.
Grade a gloves are allowed to have no more than 5 mild nail prints and no more than 3 severe nail prints.
